Scott Edwards is a 29-year-old Dutch-Australian cricketer who serves as the captain for the Netherlands national team. A right-handed wicket-keeper batsman, he was born in Tonga and grew up in Australia but qualifies to play for the Netherlands through his Dutch grandmother. He is known for his quick scoring ability, innovative shots, and leadership, notably captaining the Netherlands to famous wins over South Africa in both the 2022 T20 and 2023 ODI World Cups.
